There is jelly under the popcorns, so you will need to work on growing them to remove that jelly. This will be your priority and the rest of the jelly will be destroyed as you work on growing the popcorns.
You don't have to grow the popcorns into colour bombs as the jelly will be removed from under them as you hit them, two hits will clear the jelly.
However, the resulting colour bombs from growing the popcorn will be useful to clear more jelly and to increase your score.
To maximise your score try not to clear all the jelly until all the popcorns are gone. There is no jelly under the blockers bottom right and left.
